All Slash in Brackets products are artisanal and handcrafted, which means no two pieces are ever identical. Subtle differences are not flaws but proof of genuine craftsmanship.

• Leather: Our shoes are made using premium full-grain leathers. Natural variations in shade, grain, scars, wrinkles, or markings are inherent to leather and do not qualify as defects. With wear, leather develops a patina unique to the wearer, which is a hallmark of its quality.
• Soles & Heels: Natural leather soles, stacked leather heels may show small pores, fibers or surface irregularities. These are not imperfections but part of the authenticity of working with natural materials. Over time, minor scuffing and softening of the sole are expected and intended to enhance comfort.
• Slash Heel: The Slash Heel is wrapped in a hand-cut Italian leather veneer, meticulously finished by our artisans. Because each heel is crafted manually, slight cavities, cuts, or irregularities may be present. These variations are a natural result of the artisanal process and are not considered defects. Instead, they underscore the uniqueness of every pair.
• Hand-finishing: Since many of our details are finished by hand, slight inconsistencies in stitching, edge-paint, or polish may occur. These distinctions are what make each pair unique and cannot be considered defects.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY & DISPLAY

We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will reflect the product’s true color.
